Trail Rides

Guided Trail Rides in the Spring and Fall.
- No riding experience needed. All walking.
Reservations required. No “walk-ins”.
Winter scheduling is weather dependent.
No Trail Rides during the Summer.

We are nearly full for our Spring schedule (April -June). We are filling up fast!
We are currently full through early May. We can put you on a waitlist, if you would like.
We have limited availability for the later part of May and into mid-June.

 

General Information:

  • Sunday afternoons only, near 1:15 or 2:30 pm

  • Price is $60 per person ($62 with Venmo).

  • For kids (age 8+ years old) and Adults (weight limit of 180 lbs*). No exceptions.

    *Weight limits are for our horses’ health and safety.

  • Reservations are required, preferably by email.

  • We can accommodate up to 5-6 individuals per hour depending on size and age of riders.

  • Groups of 3 or more people will be subject to a $60 deposit (cash/check) due prior to the date.

  • All rides are walking only.

  • There is a short riding lesson prior to going on the trail. Time on the horse is around 40 minutes.

  • We will only schedule one season at a time. We will post here when and for what months we are scheduling.

  • Inclement/extreme weather may necessitate rescheduling.

  • No trail rides during the Summer. Very limited or on hold during the Winter/Early Spring due to trail conditions and temperatures.

Trail Reservations are arranged primarily by email.

We book one season at a time and fill up extremely fast.
We have a VERY limited schedule in the Spring/Fall.
We do not host trail rides in the Summer.
We only send out small groups of people because we only send horses out on the trail that we feel are safe with beginner riders or those with little to no experience.

Day of Ride, please check traffic and weather conditions -

Please arrive about 30 minutes before your scheduled time to check in. Allow plenty of travel time! We are unable to accommodate customers arriving late. We ride if it’s drizzly. Oftentimes, it’s a last minute decision regarding potential extreme weather.
